Ruben founded Global Nexus in 2013.

 He has more than 20 years of government, policy, and business experience operating at the nexus of U.S.-Latin America. He has combined his professional and academic life in Washington, New York, and Mexico.

Ruben has a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an MPA from The American University, Washington, DC.
