Jose Carlos joined Global Nexus in 2021

Jose Carlos leads our Legislative Monitoring practice both at the federal and state level. He manages a network of contacts that provide legislative intelligence for our clients. He assists various clients with operations in Southern Mexico. Before joining Global Nexus, he worked in the Mexican Senate and covered several committees related to foreign affairs, governance, tourism, and the USCMA special committee.

Jose Carlos has a BA in International Relations from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).
